Executive Manager :

Introduction :

A leading automotive oil dealership is seeking an experienced Executive Director to join its team. The

Executive Director will be responsible for leading and directing the company towards growth and

sustainable profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement the company's strategy to grow its business and increase profitability.

• Lead and manage all departments of the company, including sales, marketing, finance, and human

resources.

• Represent the company at external events and build relationships with customers and suppliers.

• Analyze financial data and market information to make informed decisions.

• Identify and solve problems in a creative and effective manner.

• Manage the budget and control expenses.

• Develop and manage a team of talented employees.

Required Skills and Experience :

• Strong financial background : 5+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, with a focus

on financial analysis, reporting, and risk management.

• Executive leadership experience : 3+ years of experience in senior leadership positions, with a

proven track record of achieving growth and profitability.

• Automotive oil dealership experience (Preferable) : 3+ years of experience in the automotive oil

dealership industry, or any trading sector.

• Excellent leadership skills : Ability to motivate and inspire teams, make tough decisions, and

create a positive work environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.: Ability to communicate effectively with

all stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.

• Excellent analytical skills : Ability to analyze financial data and market information to make

informed decisions.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity

• Excellent problem-solving skills : Ability to identify and solve problems in a creative and effective

manner.

• Excellent organizational skills : Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize, and multitask.

Education & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• CMA, FMVA, Dip.IFRS one or more from these certificates will be a big advantage.

• Proven experience as a CFO or Financial Manager.

• Proven experience as an executive manager or a general manager in trading Field.
